Volunteer Piano Teacher

What societal issue was addressed?
I noticed that there was many kids in my community that were interested in learning an instrument, but lessons are often expensive and inflexible.

Solution/Approach:
In March of 2024, I gathered six young students (ages 6-12) whom I voluntarily teach piano to. I do 30-minute one-on-one sessions for each student every week, and I've built personalized curricula for various age ranges and skill levels. So far, I have accumulated 100+ volunteer hours through teaching piano. - Role: Teacher
